这里说的设计创意，是指设计经历了发现问题这个阶段，如何创造出可以解决问题的方案。希望自己的设计idea可以是creative,revolutionary,inspired…坐在办公桌上冥思苦想，根据自身的经历来creat一个方案，可不是好办法，咱又不是上帝。当然，要获得一些外部的刺激。哪些方法比较有效呢？

  1. 走出门去，使用你的眼睛，观察。看看人们怎么做事情，快乐着什么。
  2. 头脑风暴(brainstorm),利用集体的力量，集思广益。
  3. 在Ideo公司，特别提出了一个聚焦儿童的设计方法(Kid-Centric Design),通过观察儿童的行为，找到最纯朴的处理方法。
  4. Experientia公司指出跨国籍，跨职能团队的这样一个合作，往往可以获得意想不到的好点子。

How to Be More Innovative and Creative
